PHASE1 : BRAND GENETIC : KRITNARA KROONGJIT


PHASE1

BRAND GENETIC

SWEAT - FOCUS MOTION - LO3 ENERGY


As the beginning of the project, this 1st phase is an introduction to in depth research of the selected brands' identities. Students are to investigate the genes, norms, and memes of the specific brand through the output of the brand such as products, stores, graphic representation, advertisement, etc. 

The 2nd part of this 1st phase is to depict the material of each brand that is the most outstanding or most suitable to put in the context of 3 brands at the end of this phase to be able to further developed in the next phase.

Identity plate(left) - The plate represents the main idea of community or social of women that created by this health and fitness application used in phone, where the members of this community are connected through this application itself and welcoming other people through the advertisement and network through social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. The phone front camera also connects to the idea of seeing your 'better self' through this application.

Material plate(right) -  The chosen material from this brand is muscle tension or in the other word is the changes of muscle created when it is contracted or extended, hence the different volume and spatial changes as the result of the movement



FOCUS MOTION

Identity plate(left) - The  main focus on the brand identity of Focus Motion is the application that integrated with other wearable devices to track the movement of the body, therefore, the plate has the sense of continuity since, the movement is created first ad not forced or fixed by the used of the application, but only the detection device that help understand the movement better.

Material plate(right) -  Sensor is the chosen material from this brand. It is used with the calculation of algorithm that integrated in the specific wearable devices. The analytic information can be calculated as the result of the sensor location and changes.


LO3 ENERGY

Identity plate(left) - The identity of this brand is known as the energy company, but in this project, the main element that becomes its identity is the development of an alternative power grid system that they named microgrid. It works in parallel with the traditional grid system, but additionally provided the local hand reachable management application to buy and sell green energy that mainly refer to solar energy.

Material plate(right) -  System of solar energy is chosen as material, where it is started from the collection of energy from the solar cells and stored in the batteries to used during night and the diagram show how the traditional grid system still in used.


CONTEXT




This context plate show the idea of the Utopian environment with these 3 brands are cooperate in the same society, showing the comparison between the placements of the different brand being used and well as the target group those the brand focus on differently.
