in lower price for those who needed, but users have to follow conditions.

In reality, company intend to built this program as
laboratory for products experimentation before develop or launch.

SITE
First two branches will be located on both side of Bangkok since
the city was divided by the river, which distinguished lifestyle of people.
East : Central business district. People do not have much time
to cook due to rush life in urban. Also, most people work in
company and live far away, dormitory or tiny condominium.
West : traditional community. People in this area are more less rush and strss
comparing to urban people.
FUTURE CONTEXT

The building is design accordingly to pyramid, which represent hierachy
of society that Unilever stay beyond and control everything.
This residence was divided into 2 part, lower part are parking, gym and
swimming pool. Top part consists of different type of residence units,
clinic, court yard or multipurpose area for users.
Privacy become the first condition of this program since people
need both public and privacy at the same
Therefore, swimming and gym will be placed downward with top
covered and distance from the boundary and surrounded buildings.
For top part, there is public provided with a partition between
courtyard, passage way, terrace and residence.
Whole unit of the building can be repeated next to the first one,
which the number of units are varied by the size and shape of land.


Atmospheric representations and section show how people live
and reality of users and buildings. Rats were used as representation
as guinea pig by testing products with people.
In conclusion, Unilever set up this company in order to use it as laboratory
to test people with there products. Users are identically guinea pig, they
have to use and consume all Unilever product. Then get check up to see
feedbacks and effects of products to human system and lifestyle.
