As the second half of the semester will be about designing a future enterprise
using the source materials of business/brand against future private/public space.
The brand that I chose are Tock which proposes as managing events and Picobrew
which like group of people who love beer and decide to brew the beer by themselves
therefore I combine these brands together to create a architecture for the event and
engage people about the events.
The wall made of plastic that are sealed with different
in ingredient to create the atmosphere for drinking beer.
These are inflatable and deployable structure.By inflating
and sealing are making them able to sit and lean on one another
the weight of ingredient in each layers matters for the balancing.
Basically the lowest layer is for liquid, the second layer is air that
making the panel able to stand and top layer is for beer brewing
ingredient eg. wheat, hops and yeast (as I chose to make in the physical model).
The weight at the top will allow to become a ceiling of the
pavilion as the more weight the more angle it will make.
Toronto is a city that has a culture about the beer.
There are a lot of festival or events occur during
the year about the beer market, craft beer and etc.
Moreover it also has BrewsFest in winter which just
arrange at Exhibit Place which like an exhibition hall.
Then I came up with the idea of how about Home
brewery hopping. It likes the event could happen
around the town by those people who have brewing
machine at home and use the free space for
Tock to arrange the events.
