Continue in this last project, this phase is that to "develop your chosen brand to produce an architectural the proposal which positions business/brand against
future private/public space. Define the enterprise
genetically, materially and contextually."
In this phase, I combine all of the idea that comes from from brands from first phase and material's exploration from second phase to become a newbrand.
I take an idea from the shade room company which the word "SHADE"
can be implied as a darkside of company . Generally people may mostly concern about
the output and products from the company but they won't know what happen along the process that effects to environmet
This organization just wants to promotes and raise awareness people about this topic.
The building itself working as an advertisement.
starting form the site, i choose a very crowed area of newyork which was a penn station street
is the cross intersection of the street and i decided to cut the vector distance of that and create the subway interchange inside the building
Instead of creating an ordinary office , i want the building shout out its concept so, not jest people that interested in the topic comes but it can be every one.

the ground floor was a program of very public and then it slightly private.
The ground floor was covered by the botanical garden which allow everyone came inside this space. the structure comeswith green wall and column.
the greenish of the wall and column comes from material in second phase.
The circulation allow people move around the building and easily go to the subway station.
The main structure comes from the slaps of floors and set of column. the position of the wall also link with perspective of people that they can see what's going to happen in the nest step of building.
from the ground level the next level is the exhibition space that going to talk about
the idea of this organization and next is library and last one is the office
The facade is made of ETFE facade which like with the program inside .
When the rubber facade was blown its allow more lights than the flatten one
